The aim of the S3EOC research section is to apply theoretical and practical frameworks from the field of Psychology and other social sciences in order to develop a theoretically grounded and empirically validated model for the teaching and implementation of Sociocracy 3.0 (S3).

In other words, by transposing psychological concepts, models and theories to the framework of Sociocracy 3.0, we will develop instruments for evaluating the effectiveness of S3 interventions and trainings and of the processes they involve, assessing the quality and extent of outcomes following S3 interventions, and mapping out the various drivers and predictors that can impact said outcomes. Furthermore, these models and instruments will allow us to adapt and fine-tune future S3 interventions and trainings to specific needs and contexts, ensuring that practitioners and organisations interested in applying S3 can get the right tools and information, at the right time and for the right purposes.
